The Stratagem Group paved its way as being one of the first media companies in Canada to provide a spectrum of ever-expanding services within the screen-based market. They provide a platform for young talent to be able to curate their creative projects through top-tier resources and full-service solutions.
The Stratagem Group needed a brand that was as bold and fearless as its reputed out-of-the-box persona. Film noir cinematography and modern spaces became the inspiration for building an unconventional aesthetic. Visual representations of strategy would weave through each creative component representing The Stratagem Group’s creative infrastructure.
The project began with an exploration of integrated identity systems consisting of monograms and wordmarks. This architecture would define the way The Stratagem Group approached their applications. Each element would either work together or separately (much like a puzzle piece) depending on the canvas. Everything from merchandising to large-scale environments would have a variation of this design.
This curated system would produce a multifaceted brand catapulting The Stratagem Group as an expressive and collaborative entity driven by forward-thinking solutions that inspire innovative storytelling.
